Quick and simple egg salad
What you will need:
2 eggs (hard boiled)
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Non-fat yoghurt
Celery
Chives
Parsley

Step 1: The reason this is healthy is because it is using low-fan yoghurt and avocados. You have to know how to cut an avocado and scoop it out on a bowl.
