· 4 ounces of butter

· 16 ounces of milk

· 1 tablespoon garlic powder

· 7 ounces grated Parmesan cheese

· 8 ounces of packaged cream cheese

· Fresh black pepper

Directions:

1. Get a saucepan medium in size and make sure that the flame is low. Add butter to the pan and wait for it to melt. Eventually add of all the cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
