Step 1: Change your shoes. Nowadays, both men and women sometimes choose to go with heels for shoes because it increases their height. Take rests and drink water after throughout the day. Some people sit in front of their television or computer all day long and they can end up with cramps. They should try to walk up and down the stairs or at least go for a half-an-hour walk in the park every day. If they do not like going out, they can simply walk for several minutes around the house.
