Here is what you need:

· 5 Chicken breasts (thinly sliced, skinless and boneless)

· 3 ounces’ soya sauce

· 2 cloves of garlic

· 2 and half tablespoon olive oil

· Half a lemon (squeezed)

· Half tablespoon brown sugar

· Black pepper

Here is what you need to do:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add the ingredients from soya sauce to black pepper. Make sure you cut the garlic cloves into tiny pieces when you put it in the mixture. Mix well using a whisk. Use a fork to get the lemon juice out of the lemon. It will be great if you can have freshly ground pepper. Put it in the refrigerator for five hours.

Step 2: Clean the grilling racks with a piece of dry cloth. You can oil it with a brush. You can also add oil the dry cloth and dab on the grill. Preheat it to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 3: Take the chicken out of the refrigerator and add the chicken to the hot grill. Flip it over after 2 minutes and if the piece is thicker flip it after four minutes. Serve it with coleslaw, potato salad or baked beans.

· 1 tablespoon Black pepper

· 1 tablespoon Salt

· Half teaspoon Cayenne pepper

· 1 and a half teaspoon Garlic powder

· 5 chicken drumsticks

Step 2: Preheat the grill to temperature of 450. Place the drumsticks on the hot grill. Flip every five minutes till the inside temperature is 185 degrees for around 30 minutes.

Tips

• Never serve chicken without checking if they are done or not.

• If you do not want to thaw them, you can get fresh chicken from the supermarket.

• You can use more than half a lemon for marinating. You can go with one whole lemon.
