How to make bread? Everybody loves to eat bread. It can be a great part of the breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a snack. There are many kinds of bread. It can be hard to attempt to try to make all of them at home. Here is what kind known as the Chinese bakery buns and they are super tasty and simple to make. They will take two days to complete. · 16 ounces’ bread flour

· 1 teaspoon yeast

· 40g butter

· 8 ounces of milk

· 2.5 tablespoon sugar

Here is what you need to do

Step 1: Get a cup of warm milk. Check the temperature with a thermometer and add yeast with a spoon and add the sugar and stir gently till the mix properly. Sugar has the tendency to sit still at the bottom so give it a good stir so that nothing sits at the bottom. Do not add all the sugar stated in the ingredients list, take a teaspoon. Basically, start with equal amounts of yeast and sugar in warm milk.

Step 2: Cover that with lid and wait till you can see foams on it. Make sure the cup has a perfect lid to it. You can buy cups with lids from the market. Take the butter out of the refrigerator and let is soften or melt. In a big and clean bowl, add the fine bread flour that is made for perfect bread, add the rest of the sugar and the butter. Pour the foamy yeast mixture into the bowl and stir with a wooden spoon.

Step 3: Rub and handle it until it forms into a sphere. The bowl that you are doing this should also come with a proper lid. Cover it and store it in the refrigerator. Do not take it out till the next day at the same time. On the next day, cover the bowl with the lid using a wet hot towel. Keep it like that for two hours. It should look like a balloon or should rise higher than the initial height.

Step 4: You should have a wooden chopping board for this. Sprinkle flour all over it. Take the dough on it. Beat the dough until it is even. Slam it hard on the board and keep on folding. Take a piece and stretch it out. If you see that it is tearing, repeat the process of slamming, beating and folding. Take a small part and stretch it to form a thin sheet.

Step 5: Fold them over like people fold carpets or mats off the floor. There should be at least four of them. Keep them where you will bake them and cover with a wet hot towel. It should triple in size or at least double. Let in bake for 35 mins. Put it in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius.
