How to make crepes? Homemade crepes are always considered as an art in the world of food. It is not a simple pancake and it is a French dish. People mistake it by thinking that it is the most difficult thing to make whereas it is quiet easy. Crepes are always fresh even if you keep them in the refrigerator for a few days and you can make them any way you like such with banana or strawberry. They are very tasty and make a good food if you want to serve your relatives, friends or family. They make great dishes for valentine’s day, anniversary and etc. Here is what you will need:3 eggs; 1 cup of milk; 4 ounces of water; 4 tablespoon of melted butter; 8 ounces of flour; Blender (optional).

Directions:
Step 1: You will need a blender and if you do not have one, you can always do it by hand in a bowl. Place all the ingredients in the blender and put the lid over.
Step 2: You need to decide what type of crepe you want, either sweet or spicy. In case of sweet crepe, add sugar and vanilla extract and such and for a spicy one go with herbs like cilantro or coriander with salt.
Step 3: Many people make the mistake of not straining the mixture. You need to transfer it into a bowl and
wait for few hours. Some people wait overnight.
Step 4: It is time to get the pan ready. There are special pans in the market for making crepes, you can buy them or you can simply use a non-stick pan. Use a silicon spatula because they do not harm the pan and make sure you can make your crepe without ruining it. Let the butter melt all over the pan.
Step 5: Pour the batter and make sure it is reaching all the sides and it is a round shape taking all the space of the pan. Do not use the spatula or spoon just now. If you notice that the crepe is starting to get hard from the sides, it is time to flip it over.

One cube of butter
4 teaspoons of sugar
Bananas cut into pieces
1 spoon of vanilla
Little bit of cinnamon
Hazelnut spread
Step 1: Melt butter on a pan and wait they are completely mixed. Add vanilla and cinnamon and put the banana slices.
Step 2: In a small pan, add as much as hazelnut spread you want along with some whipped cream. Stir it in the pan and leave them for five minutes.
Step 3: Get a plate and make your crepe lay flat and add the caramelized banana in the center. Hold both the sides of the crepe and fold them towards the center. Add the hazelnut spread and whipped cream mixture all over the crepe and serve with a scoop of vanilla icr-cream.
