Here is what you will need:
· 5 ounces of fat-free buttermilk
· 2 egg whites
· 3 tablespoons red hot pepper sauce
· 1 tablespoon paprika
· 8 ounces of cornflake cereal
· 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
· 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
· Salt to taste
· Olive oil
· 1 chicken breast
Step 1: In a bowl, add the first three ingredients and whisk. Cover the washed chicken breast with the mixture and let it sit for margination.
