Therefore, the condensed milk can be your best friend as you can easily manage to get it and for handiness. Besides, it is so tasty that it makes the ice cream a lot delicious.
Step 2: Choose the flavor you want. You can go with a spoon of vanilla extract for plain vanilla ice cream. You can add any other flavor extract you want like almond extract, pineapple, strawberry, banana, maple, orange, mint etc. Do not add too little or else you will not be able to get the taste and do not add too much because it will ruin the recipe.
Step 3: On another bowl, add the heavy cream and utilize any type of mixer you have to make whipped cream. You can use a wand blender or a stick blender as well. You can a hand mixer in case you find it easier to use that a stand mixer. It will take more than a minute and less than three minutes.
Step 4: Get a spoon of whipped cream into the mixture and stir well. Slowly, get all of the whipped cream into the bowl of the mixture. Keep on stirring till everything mixes well and the mixture becomes soft and smooth. At first, you will that it is uneven and not soft, therefore mix it and do not mix it too much because it will damage the texture. You can add any extra add-ons you like mint, ginger, Nutella, chocolate chips, cherry syrup, nuts, peanut butter chocolate or instant coffee powder (because they already have sugar and are sweet unlike the regular roasted coffee beans)
Step 5: Transfer the mixture into an aluminum pan and even out the surface by getting rid of the unevenness. Use a spatula or a spoon with flat end to make it smooth and press wax paper over the top. Cover it will cling wrap and let it freeze for at least seven hours or overnight.
Step 6: Add in half-cup sugar, 2 egg whites, 4 tablespoons whole milk, a hint of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix them well and to this mixture add two-three cups of sifted flour and 3 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix everything well so that they look similar to condensed milk. Get a non-stick frying pan and pour out the mixture on it. Flip it over after some time and then fold it into a cone.
Step 7: Scoop out the ice-cream after it is completely prepared and place it on the cone and serve.
