If you like cheese, then this is the perfect food for you. You must make it at home because all you need is a few ingredients. It is an Italian dish that is considered to one of the yummiest dishes because of the molten cheese and the meat. You can make it with chicken or beef and do not worry if you are a vegetarian because there is vegetable lasagna as well. Here is how you can make lasagna.

How to make lasagna

Step 1: Just like you make regular noodles, add water to a pot and let it boil. Once the water is boiling, add the 13 pieces of lasagna noodles in them. You do not want o over boil them so take them out after 9 minutes. Drain all the water.

Step 2: You need to pour a big amount of mushroom sauce in another pot. You should add sliced tomatoes that are cut into small pieces and tomato paste. Add a spoon of sugar and Italian seasoning for the Italian flavor. Make sure the sauce is dense.

Step 3: It is time to get a big onion. Slice it into small pieces. Add them on a saucepan over high flame and a ground meet whether it is beef or chicken. Have sausage as well and if someone has problems with beef add chicken and sausage only. You are going to need garlic powder, seasoning salt and pepper.

Step 4: Use a fork to stir the meet on the pan. Wait for half an hour and stir occasionally or else it will stick to the pan since we did not use any oil. After the 25 minutes’ wait is over add the seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Step 5: After stirring few minutes pour them in the sauce you made in the other pot. Stir well using a wooden spoon.

Step 6: It is time to use the cheese. Use two cups of shredded cheddar cheese and 2 cups of mozzarella cheese and 2 cups of ricotta cheese. You can add your favorite herb like spinach. Make the cheese mixture in another bowl. Add 2 cups of sour cream. Stir them using a fork. Make sure the spinach is cut into small pieces.

Step 7: It is time to bake in the oven. Get a pan where the first layer is the sauce and meat. Cover them with the noodles. You can add four in each part. Top the layer with the cheese and cream mixture. Even though the mixture had cheese, still add shredded cheddar and mozzarella as much as you can. Add the second layer starting with the sauce and meat mixture. Top it with the noodles and do the same thing. Add some fresh parsley so that it looks good after the baking is done.

Step 8: Bake in 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Do not eat is as soon as you take it out. Wait for an hour or so and you are ready to serve.
