How to Apply JMC
STEP 1: APPLICATION METHOD
The students should meet the entry requirements, then they must finish an application form for entry to a Diploma, Bachelor Degree or Vocational course. You can do this online. On the other hand, you can also apply in person if that is what you prefer by visiting the address mentioned above.
STEP 2: PRIVATE TOUR AND DISCUSSION
The students applying has to be present at a guided tour of the JMC campus and amenities with one of their friendly marketing and recruitment staff before you enroll. In that way, you already know what it looks like. After receiving application form, JMC Academy’s Recruitment team will communicate with you. He or she who will then set a time and day for you to be there at the interview. If you are not being able to come to the campus, other preparations can be made to carry on the interview by phone.
STEP 3: INTERVIEW (FOR PERFORMANCE STUDENTS AND CONTEMPORARY MUSIC ONLY)
Modern Music and Performance applicants has to be present at an audition to prove their passion for music. For interstate or regional applicants that are unable to be there can send the performance through the e-mail, on USB, CD or DVD along with the application.
STEP 4: OFFICIAL OFFER
When you have proved your talent, you will be requested to enroll. Applicants will be informed of the outcome of the interview and positive applicants will receive an offer of enrolment in writing. That letter will accompany an enrolment form which must then be accomplished by the applicant who passed the audition. The enrolment is found at their website.
STEP 5: ENROLMENT
To receive the offer for enrolment, potential students has to fill the enrolment form, that has data on all of JMC Academy’s Terms and Conditions. Those who are below 18 years of age has to get a guarantee signature from their parents and/or guardian. The form will carry on if the information you provide is real and valid. For example, you want to take your career in the Animation industry. That is important now as most of the work in the entertainment industry happens because of that.
When you click on Animation, you find details of this course. You can find out the duration and number of trimesters. For diploma, it will be only 2 trimesters and for Bachelor’s Degree, it will be 6. You find the date when they are starting a new batch, so you can enroll just like the way mentioned above. You will also be able to find what the requirements are to enroll. Some of them could be minimum 17 years of age, passing the audition, properly-filled application, creative portfolio and ATAR score of 65 etc. There are three locations available and it is completely up to you to choose the one to complete your courses.
